Privacy Policy

PrivyLogic is a deal and company-intelligence service operated by Amafi. This policy covers personal information we process when you create an account, sign in with Google, browse the search surface, save lists, generate API keys, or contact us.

• Account: email, display name, and authentication metadata from your sign-in provider.
• Billing: Stripe customer id, subscription status, plan tier, and invoice references. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe — we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Usage: queries, filters, saved lists, lookups, exports, and rate-limit counters tied to your account.
• Audit: timestamp, IP address, user agent, and request path for security-relevant events such as sign-ins, password changes, and exports.

• Provide the service — authenticate you, enforce plan quotas, render the surfaces you request.
• Bill — process subscription payments and invoices via Stripe.
• Secure — investigate suspicious activity, enforce rate limits, and respond to abuse reports.
• Improve — measure feature use in aggregate to prioritise roadmap work. Aggregated, never sold.
• Communicate — send transactional email about your account, billing, password resets, and saved-search digests when you opt in.

We share personal information with a short list of processors that run the service on our behalf, under contract:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting (australiaeast region).
• Google — sign-in (when you choose Google authentication).

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to authorities only when required by law and after reviewing the legal basis.

Account and billing data are kept for the life of the account. Audit and search logs are kept for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. When you delete your account, we cancel any active Stripe subscription, expire active sessions, and remove your personal information from active stores.

Subject to local law (including the GDPR for users in the EU/EEA and the UK), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also export your saved lists from the account surface at any time. To exercise rights, email privacy@amafi.ai.

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms with our processors.

PrivyLogic is a professional research tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

When we change this policy materially we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
